Do I need to sign up to use Free Voice Labs?

No! You can use Free Voice Labs without creating an account as a guest. Sign up to save your generation history and unlock additional features.

Is Free Voice Labs really free?

Yes! Our Free plan is permanently free with unlimited guest access. We also offer Pro ($4.99/month) and Lifetime ($29.99 one-time) plans for additional features and priority access.

Voice & Audio Features

How many voices does Free Voice Labs support?

We support 20+ professional voices including American, British, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and more. New voices are added regularly.

Can I adjust the voice characteristics?

Yes! Use our Speed and Pitch sliders to customise each voice. We also offer 8 delivery style presets: Studio, Whisper, Narration, Promo, Story, News, Conversational, and Excited.

What audio formats are supported?

Generated audio is available as MP3 (for neural voices) and WAV (for Pro voices), compatible with all major platforms including TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and more.

How long can my scripts be?

Guest users have no character limit! We handle long-form content efficiently. For very long scripts, the service automatically chunks and processes them.

What's included in the Free plan?

Unlimited guest generations, access to all neural voices, voice blend technology, podcast dialog mode, MP3 & WAV downloads, and 8 delivery styles — all completely free.

What's the difference between Pro and Lifetime?

Pro ($4.99/month): Priority generation queue, voice cloning, saved account & billing profile, usage analytics, and API access (coming soon).

Lifetime ($29.99 one-time): Lifetime unlimited generations, all features unlocked forever, highest-priority queue, all future voice packs included, plus premium support badge.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime without penalties. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Do you offer refunds?

What languages does the service support?

Currently we support English (US & UK), Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. More languages are coming soon!

Can I use generated audio commercially?

Absolutely! All generated audio (including on the Free plan) can be used for personal and commercial purposes without any royalties or restrictions.

Is the audio royalty-free?

Yes! All generated audio is royalty-free and can be used without additional licensing. You own the output.

How long does generation usually take?

Most generations complete in 5–30 seconds depending on text length and server load. Large texts may take longer, but our system is optimised for speed.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption, secure password hashing (SHA-256), and regular security audits. Your data is never shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Can you delete my account and data?

Absolutely. You can request account deletion at any time, and we'll remove all associated data within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, trade, or share user data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Troubleshooting

Why is the audio quality poor?

Try using simpler, shorter sentences; check text for special characters; try a different voice or delivery style; or clear your browser cache.

The voice sounds robotic — what can I do?

Try the "Story" or "Narration" delivery styles for more natural-sounding audio. Adjusting the speed slightly (−5% to +5%) can also improve naturalness.

Why is my generation failing?

Possible causes: browser compatibility issues (try Chrome or Edge), very large text blocks (try breaking into smaller sections), special characters, or network issues. Try a modern browser and ensure a stable internet connection.

Billing & Support

How do I upgrade my plan?

Click the "Go Pro" or "Unlock Forever" button in the Pricing section of the app to choose a new plan and follow the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and Apple Pay on compatible devices.
